my hair is blondish brown i have blue eyes and a long neck how should i get my hair cut ive had the same one for a year and i wear it the same way most the time so how should i get it cut and how should i wear it?

I think you should get it to your shoulders in layers that always looks nice but if you don't want to cut it than you should get a magazine and try one of there styles.
