Let them do it, it'll look so much better, than if you do it yourself.

But Manic Panic is the best if you can't afford a professional (I always say if you can't afford the professional you probably shouldn't dye your hair wild colors...upkeep can be expensive!)

if you have a Sally store, they have punky hair colors you could think of, no matter what brand it is, they work. Plus sales people will help you out too, for advice since they're stylists as well.
