Manic Panic is known to wash out and rub out on everything. Try FX, which comes in an amazing array of wild colors and lasts much longer. You can find it at many stores, but buying it online is cheapest. DON'T get manic panic!

Oh, if you have dark hair, you'll need to bleach the part you're dying first. It'll turn blonde once the color washes out after a while.

A lot of my friends have dyed pieces of their hair and most have gotten in profesionally done...but you can use kool-aid it works pretty well and will stay for a couple of months. Mix the kool-aid with cold water then dip your hair in the bowl and hold it for a minute or something.
