I like this hair.. but?

well , i watched a show then a hannah montana music video came on , and its life whats you make it. and the guiatarest ( if you dont know what that one is , shes the one with the blue guitar ) and , i liked her hair , its black , with blonde like around the roots around to below the eyes , then blue as a underneath layer. i like it, and does anyone have any similar pictures to that , it dont gotta be her. but like , any ideas how i could explain it to a hairdresser ?

Well, you can look for the music video online and then take a screenshot of the guitarist, or you could try drawing a picture.

I, personally, would try drawing a picture. It would't be that hard. Just get some colored pencils and do a quick sketch or two of how you want your hair colored.
