Ok, I would suggest a soft neutral brown eyeshadow with a clear mascara(lip smakers makes this) No blush, it cloges up your pores and may create acne or a zit. A sheer lipgloss will top it off! Hope this helps!

I have bleach blonde hair too and blue eyes and i was reading in a magazine once that gren eyeshadow makes blue eyes pop and it really does so eyeshadow i would say go for blues or browns and also wear invisible mascara trust me it will look great
