If your hair is almost black I would recommend black/brown eyeliner. If it's a medium to light brown, go with regular brown. It also depends on the color blue of your eyes. If they're really bright, go with the lighter. Darker or more hooded eyes, go with the darker. Hope I helped!

A lot of people recommend black, but it's not very natural looking, that's why I recommend browns. I like accentuating, not glamming.
