Hair Police...!?

I need some hair advice please. I have long dark brown hair with one long layer and blue eyes. I need a new hairstyle but i do not want it to be too short but i dont mind taking an inch or two or the ends.

K, what u shoud do it get it layered more, and add bangs, but have the bangs short enough so that people can see your eyes. Don't get it layered so much that you can't do your hair, but that should should turn out pretty cute. Good Luck!! And hope this helps!
