I have olive/tan skin and brown eyes... i want to dye my hair blonde(surfer blonde) and put blue-black lowlites in it? does that sound nice or not?

eh, probably not because from blonde to blue black is quite a difference in color. For lowlights try a light brown

It would be a little too bold for me but if you like it, you should go for it. its your hair, not anybody else's

not...auburn hair and brown hair looks better on olive skin and dont do the funky stuff.
