Im planning on dying my hair at home, and would like to know how to do streaks.?

I want to dye my hair black and do blue streaks. kinda like this:

The majority blue anf under/back black. Would this be easier ?

get a friend to help first off. the mostly blue then black is easiest. dye it all blue first, then go back and do the back part black. just separate it where you want the black to start.

I am hair colorist and I wouldn't even attempt to do that to myself.. I would definitely bring your picture to a hair salon and also you need to (but the color yourself at a store such as hot topic.) and show them that's what you want and I am sure they will do a fantastic job.
