Hello! I have very pale, alabaster skin, dark slate blue eyes, and light ash brown hair. I recently got medium blonde high lights, and they look horrible (im not sure why). I want to change my hair color to a more flattering tone, one that will work well with my eyes and skin. What can i do to get the perfect shade?! (if it helps, i've been told that i have 'cool' undertones, and that i am a 'summer')
How can i get a flattering hair color?
It's all in the eyebrows. If you want to go platinum blonde, you have to have pale eyebrows as well. Just an example.
