It is permanant hair dye- brown on light blue painted walls. Any suggestions welcome that will not remove the paint, thanks!

try softscrub , it will not remove the paint . soft scrub removes perment marker so i am going to think it will work with hair dye .... good luck

Sorry honey, but you are going to have to paint. If you are renting and would like your security deposit back, ask the landlord what color paint it was to get an exact match.
